Shauna Amick is a passionate pursuer of Christ with an
extraordinary ability to relate to those she serves. She has
walked through the valley of fear and doubt; coming out on the
other side with faith that is contagious. The journey God has
taken her on has been life-changing in many ways.
Shauna has been a featured speaker across the country in a
number of settings, delivering a powerful and practical message
through first-hand testimonies and humor. Her approach is
enthusiastic and her teaching biblically solid; ministering the
hard truth, hope and encouragement across generational lines.
Her first book, Learning to Live Happily Ever After, has
launched this gifted young leader into an international venue.
Shauna’s personal walk as the mother of children with special
needs has tested and refined her trust in God as well as her
pro-life resolve; strengthening her commitment to upholding the
sanctity and dignity of all human life. As a result, God has
deepened Shauna’s desire to encourage and inspire others to find
comfort and significance in Christ – especially those in the
disability community. Shauna currently serves on the board of
directors for the New England Chapter of Joni and Friends
International Disability Ministry.
She and her husband Steve have been married for 18 years. They
have three precious children – miracles, every one!
